Once your ring has been created and checked it is placed within black polished cushioned presentation box. This box is then placed inside a black lidded box and packaged for postage.
We offer free delivery on all UK orders which are sent using the Royal Mail's Signed For Service. EU/International Orders are subject to a delivery charge of £25.00
The approximate time taken to manufacture a particular wedding ring is indicated on every product page.
We will e-mail you to let you know how the order is coming along and let you know when your order has been dispatched. If you have not received your order within 2 days of being notified of its dispatch, then please contact us at info@hizjewellery.com.
If your address is within mainland UK you should receive your order within 1 day of receiving our dispatch notice sent by e-mail. If you live in other parts of the UK then you should expect your order to arrive within 2-4 working days after receiving your dispatch notice.
EU/International Orders are fully insured and take on average 7 working days to arrive.
We want you to feel completely happy with the wedding ring or fashion ring you have purchased from us. Occasionally though, we realise that you may want to return an item, so we offer a 14 day money back guarantee on all products. However, we are unable to accept returns for personalised items or special orders.
However, please note that all items must be returned to us in their original condition and packaging to ensure safe transit. Please handle the rings with care and only store in the protective pouch provided, placed in turn inside the packaging.
It is highly unlikely that our products would be sent to you with damage or flaws as we pride ourselves in creating quality jewellery to a very high standard. All pieces go through a final thorough inspection before being polished and packaged for delivery. However, if you should receive a substandard HIZ ring then we would ask you to follow the policy above and return the item so that we may repair or replace it.

Returned items must reach HIZ Ltd within 14 days of your receipt of the purchased item. Once we have received the undamaged item/s in the original packaging then we will issue a refund.
Please allow up to 14 working days for refunds to be credited to your Debit/Credit card.
