Occasionally though, we realise that you may want to return an item, so we offer a 14 day money back guarantee on all products. However, we are unable to accept returns for personalised items or special orders.
Contact our customer services at info@hizjewellery.com. A free return postage label and instructions on how to return your item will be emailed to you.
However, please note that all items must be returned to us in their original condition and packaging to ensure safe transit. Please handle the rings with care and only store in the box provided, placed in turn inside the packaging.
Returned items must reach HIZ Ltd within 14 days of your receipt of the purchased item. Once we have received the undamaged item/s in the original packaging then we will issue a refund.
