However, please note that all items must be returned to us in their original condition and packaging to ensure safe transit. Please handle the rings with care and only store in the box provided, placed in turn inside the packaging.
Returned items must reach HIZ Ltd within 14 days of your receipt of the purchased item. Once we have received the undamaged item/s in the original packaging then we will issue a refund.
